Mactaggart & Mickel is currently interested new commercial opportunities within Scotland either as lead investor or alternatively as a joint venture partner. By diversifying from our core business of building houses we have explored new opportunities offering alternative areas of profit and strong income streams going forward. Commercial development makes use of many of our existing skills and capabilities; design, planning and building. We are working with a number of commercial agents to help us secure more commercial projects.
