In 2013 Mactaggart & Mickel secured interests in land adjacent to Bowerhill. We currently await determination of an outline planning application for up to 235 new residential dwellings, a new primary school with early years nursery and associated open space. This is expected to be determined by Wiltshire Council in the Autumn 2016.
The land is situated adjacent to Pathfinder Way lying close to existing residential areas and employment. The current development proposals promote an an attractive and well-designed scheme which maintains and enhances the character of both Bowerhill and Melksham.
