Work is set to get underway over the coming months to transform the former Anniesland Jobcentre site into 48 luxury flats, all for private sale. Award-winning housebuilders Mactaggart & Mickel, who own the site, will breathe new life into the concrete office block by transforming it into a more sustainable and attractive development of 46 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom flats, with excellent links to public transport.
The luxury properties will see the existing structure improved with brick and bronze façade and extra rooftop penthouses, formed from ‘folded’ golden metal and the addition of a new building.
