Mac Mic Group have a long history of supporting good causes and communities across the UK. We want to make a difference- we've been doing so for almost a century!
We are committed to helping communities flourish and drive positive change for generations to come.
Mac Mic Foundation supports causes and projects that will have a long-lasting impact on local communities - such as funding towards environmental projects, sports/play infrastructure, new cycle paths or equipment for schools.
Our Foundation panel will be working closely with our partners who know the local communities the best, to ensure that donations from Mac Mic Foundation leave a lasting legacy.
Additionally, recognising the need for immediate support, we also respond to the more immediate needs of the community. Recent examples of this have been donations to food banks and homeless charities, demonstrating our commitment to making a positive difference, both now and for the future.
Mac Mic Foundation will also provide Group employees with opportunities to give back to their own local communities or chosen charities. The Foundation includes- matching of employee fundraising, an employee volunteering programme, and an annual staff nominated charity.
As part of the Group's ESG strategy the company has committed to donating a minimum of 2% of net annual profit, or a minimum of £70,000, to the Foundation.
