Covid-19 Statement

Mactaggart & Mickel is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our colleagues and clients. To ensure this, we have updated and enhanced our working practices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring that we follow the latest guidance from the UK and Scottish Government and Health Protection Scotland in relation to social distancing and stay at home advice. Having done so, we are confident that we have a robust set of detailed protocols and revised guidelines for the safe return to our sites, offices, show homes and factory.

Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplaces, and that requires full cooperation among workers and management. Only through this cooperative effort can we establish and maintain the safety and health of our workers and workplaces.

We will ensure appropriate measures are consistently adopted to help maintain social distancing and prevention of transmission of COVID-19 to personnel, visitors and the general public from activities undertaken as we return to delivering new homes in Scotland and England.

As we begin our phased reopening of our sales offices and show homes, we have been carefully updating our ways of working so we can reopen our sales offices with appropriate social distancing measures in place, so you can visit us and feel safe.

In line with our commitment to put our customers first, we will be prioritising the completion of homes for our existing customers who have exchanged contracts or reserved with us. If you are in the process of buying a home with us, we will be in touch as soon as we have an update on your estimated completion date.
