Cruden Homes joint venture at Longthorn Gardens 

Mac Mic Group and Cruden Homes have officially launched their landmark Longthorn Gardens development in Millerhill, bringing 172 energy-efficient homes to the edge of Edinburgh.

Part of the Shawfair masterplan, the site includes private, affordable, and rental homes—with several properties being retained by Mac Mic Group as part of our growing long-term rental portfolio.

Stonehaven Homes joint venture

Mac Mic Group have partnered with Stonehaven Homes on a development of 37 stylish new apartments in the seaside town of Bournemouth on the Dorset coast.

The new 4-storey scheme of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in the Westcliff conservation area close to Bournemouth town centre and its popular beaches will be delivered in partnership with Stonehaven Homes.

The consented development will be built on the site of the former Lyndon Court Hotel.

Shawfair joint venture

This joint venture will deliver a new development within the wider Shawfair community. With its own railway station, it will provide access to the city in just 15 minutes and is surrounded by eight miles of cycle paths and community woodlands. Properties range from three-bedroom semi-detached to five-bedroom detached houses.

We have planning consent for 11 bespoke apartments ranging from studios to 3-bed duplex penthouses.
