Stonehaven Homes joint venture
Mac Mic Group have partnered with Stonehaven Homes on a development of 37 stylish new apartments in the seaside town of Bournemouth on the Dorset coast.
The new 4-storey scheme of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in the Westcliff conservation area close to Bournemouth town centre and its popular beaches will be delivered in partnership with Stonehaven Homes.
The consented development will be built on the site of the former Lyndon Court Hotel. The demolition of the hotel is imminent with building works scheduled to commence before the end of 2023.
Shawfair joint venture
This joint venture will deliver a new development within the wider Shawfair community. With its own railway station, it will provide access to the city in just 15 minutes and is surrounded by eight miles of cycle paths and community woodlands. Properties range from three-bedroom semi-detached to five-bedroom detached houses.
