Mactaggart & Mickel Homes’ award-winning development, Polnoon in Eaglesham, has something to celebrate – a whopping 10babies have been born to families living here over the past 12 months alone!   

This baby boom adds to the already healthy group of toddlers and children living at this family-friendly development, where the community spirit is such that many of the residents visited to check on each other in the recent snowy weather and the tradition of trick or treat at Halloween is celebrated by no less than 70 of the youngsters each year! 

Polnoon is pedestrian-friendly and innovative new neighbourhood, with high-quality, energy-efficient homes situated around shared areas such as a central square, lanes, courts and children’s play areas. The real community feel here is reflected in its annual Christmas Sleigh event, as well as the close friendships which have grown between so many of the families living there. 

A number of the Polnoon mums attend the local Eaglesham Toddler Group and recently gathered for a group picture with some of the new babies and toddlers who have been born while living here. They explained that the design of Polnoon helps them feel like they are living in a village all of their own.
