Mac Mic Group expands London PRS portfolio following purchase in Egham, Surrey

Mac Mic Group recently completed a £2.1m purchase of Strodes View, Egham in Surrey.

This latest investment for the Group’s PRS (private rented sector) division adds 10 modern apartments to the company's growing portfolio, further solidifying its commitment to offering exceptional living spaces across the UK.

The building of fully tenanted apartments enjoys views of the red bricked Strodes College and is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Egham train station and a variety of shops, cafés and pubs on the bustling High Street.

Home to the renowned Royal Holloway and Bedford College, part of the University of London, Egham is a 20-minute drive to Heathrow Airport and less than 45 minutes by public transport to the capital.

The building of occupied one and two-bedroom apartments will be managed by Jackson-Stops, experts in property since 1910.

Ross Mickel, Mac Mic Group director commented:

“We have built-up a substantial portfolio of hand-picked rental properties in well-connected and desirable locations across the UK.

“We are delighted to announce this latest acquisition of Strodes View in Egham and its alignment with the company's vision for growth.”

Following the sale of the company’s homebuilding division in June 2022 to Springfield Properties Plc, Mac Mic Group has focused on its future investment strategy- enhancing its private rented sector portfolio, expanding its strategic land ambitions, and pursuing joint venture development opportunities across the UK.
