Ross Mickel Is Free! Jail or Bail Challenge Raises Vital Funds for Maggie’s
Ross Mickel is officially a free man again thanks to the incredible generosity of colleagues, partners, and supporters who helped smash our £1,500 Jail or Bail fundraising target.
The light-hearted challenge, held at Mactaggart & Mickel HQ, saw Ross “charged” with the unforgettable crime of murder on the dancefloor and placed in custody for the day. With just six hours to secure his release, supporters were invited to donate to bail him out, all in aid of Maggie’s Cancer Support, one of our Centenary Charities of the Year.
Not only was Ross successfully bailed out, but the fundraising total exceeded the £1,500 target, meaning he committed to completing all three fundraising milestone challenges. Ross has already made good on the first of these, proudly sporting his temporary prison-style neck tattoo for the day. The remaining challenges, the karaoke confession and the sponge showdown, are still to come, with more details to follow soon.
The challenge raised vital funds for Maggie’s, which provides life-changing support to people living with cancer, as well as their families and loved ones, a cause that’s very close to our hearts.
A huge thank you to everyone who donated, shared the challenge, and helped bail Ross out, your support means so much.
